
Low back pain is very common. Often result from strain to muscles or tenders at your back.
Causes of low back pain:
Arthritis
structural problems
and disk injuries. Low back pain affect the lumber region of the spine or back.
Symptoms of low back pain:
Stiffness
Posture problem
Muscle spams
What to do when you have acute low back pain:
- Sit as little as possible for a period of 10 to 15 minutes with a back support, such as a lumber roll or pillow. Keep your hips and knee at a right angle
- Stand with your head up, shoulders straight, Chest forward, weight balance -Stooping, squinting and kneeling
-Avoid lifting objects that are heavy
Sleeping and lying down
Avoid activities that require bending forward
If you sleep on your back, put pillows under your knees and a small pillow at your back. Try not to sleep on your stomach. Thanks
